Hi, I'm Edine.

I've always liked figuring out how technology works and explaining it to other people. These days, most of that time goes into Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Copilot, Teams, Loop, and Purview.

My work sits somewhere between the technical details and the people who actually have to use them. I test features, help organisations make sensible choices, and try to explain the complicated bits without making them sound more complicated than they are.

Why I write

Microsoft 365 changes constantly, and release notes rarely tell you what a feature feels like in real use. I write the guides and honest notes I would want to find myself. I also speak at community events about Loop, Copilot, governance, accessibility, and neurodiversity at work.
